LDD is beginning to emerge more visibly in Lebanon and the MENA region. Based in Beirut, we offer CoResolve courses in Arabic and in English and are now also able to provide materials in both languages. CoResolve courses are provided upon request for closed groups and offered 2-3 times a year open to the public. Sara is a weaver of ideas, process engineer, facilitator, workshop leader, poet, and TEDx Ambassador, curator and speaker from Beirut - a place that like most of the world, is in the process of a transition from an old broken reality to a new inspiring possibility. In 2017, she co-founded L3b (the Arabic word for PLAY) with the aim of developing teams and activating innovation through the art and science of play to transform how people work together in business, non-profit, and government. In her work, Sara draws on Deep Democracy- the Lewis Method, Theory U, and play-- as a lens to understand what's really going on and as a way of being, to unleash creative potential. Some of Sara's favourite play styles include storytelling, dancing and poetry-writing and performing.
