Help! I’ve forgotten my password. What can I do?
The Sign In page has a Forgot Password link that you can use to reset your password. Follow this link.
I am still struggling to find my password. What should I do?
Search your Inbox and Spam folder for an email from noreply@notify.thinkific.com. And please add noreply@notify.thinkific.com to your safe sender list.
Where can I access my profile?
Click the arrow next to your name and profile picture, in the top right-hand corner of the screen. A menu will appear. This menu includes their account settings and the Sign Out button.
What date will appear on my certificate?
The date on the certificate will be the date you ‘acknowledged’ on the system that you have completed the course.
Is it easy to copy certificates?
Each certificate has a unique certificate ID making it impossible to forge.
How do I update my email address?
Sign in to your LDD account.
Click on your username at the (top right).
Select 'My Account'. You will be taken to the 'Edit Profile' page. You can update your email address and other personal details there.

How do my participants get their certificates?
It’s easy! Once participants have been enrolled, they are given access to the course. They will need to log into their course and click through the course material to "finish" the course. Thereafter they can ‘acknowledge’ on the system that they have completed the course and access their certificate

What currencies are available?
Bundles and license subscriptions can be purchased in the currency of your choice. However, anything from the Thinkific site needs to be procured in Euros.
