Cilette has 32 years’ experience in human excellence development and served in several executive and consulting roles in Human Resources, Organisation Development, and Change Management and Transformation. During her corporate career in financial services and consulting, she partnered with leaders and teams to determine and contribute to business strategies and transformation. Cilette is an experienced facilitator and coach, specialising in personal, leadership, and team development. She helps clients to grow through their relationships with themselves and others, so they can create and co-create value in every aspect of their lives. Cilette does pro bono work with start-up and small businesses to establish purpose, strategy, and leadership capability.

Being a registered Industrial Psychologist (PS 014 6250), Francois’ expertise is found within the Mining & HR field. His areas of focus include communication practice re-design, organisational design interventions, career counselling initiatives and the utilisation of psychometric assessments whether for recruitment or development.
Francois’ primary driver is empowering people from all walks of life, to serve them and to connect with them regardless of their background, educational level or socio-economic upbringing.

Jenny is a skilled facilitator, leadership coach and people practitioner with nearly 3 decades of corporate experience, half at a senior executive level in a blue-chip company. She has a proven track record of partnering with business leaders to deliver business strategy through mobilising and aligning human capital. She worked primarily in the FMCG, manufacturing and retail sectors, and more recently in banking, ICT and mining. Jenny has been facilitating and coaching executives and their teams for over 10 years. She serves on the board of Kliptown Youth Program and manages the the FEM Education Foundation.
