This short course of 5 x 45 minute sessions provides an introduction of mindfulness and how this practice can elevate our metaskills. The course shows how to build and maintain new habits while using mindfulness.

Mindfulness has been shown to increase focus and concentration, increase control over emotions, quieten your inner dialogue and self criticism, and more effectively deal with stress. It is also good for hypertension, chronic pain stress and fatigue, headaches and cancer, among other things.
