Tips

Sometimes your innate leadership qualities may come across as threatening towards others. Your ability to be direct and express your view strongly makes it hard for others to hear you, and you may struggle to hear them. Idiosyncratically your strong sense of independence is probably linked to a deeper need to feel connected and supported. However, owing to past events, it is challenging for you to trust and rely on others as you tend to have been disappointed and let down by them.

The Lewis Deep Democracy tools will help you to be more inclusive of others.  This will help you develop and strengthen your relationship with colleagues and team members. Using the LDD tools, those around you will feel more confident and competent, and their ability to perform and deliver will increase, and in turn, you will be able to trust and rely on them. Meeting your deeper need for support and collaboration.
