Belamie is General Manager for Lewis Deep Democracy. She is responsible for managing, growing, enhancing and maintaining quality within the company. She is an Instructor, Advanced Elder, Metasupervisor & I Know Me Coach. She heads up the Personal Development Program for Lewis Deep Democracy practitioners that wish to further their learning pathway and develop their skills. As a coach, Belamie helps clients clarify issues, uncover their own wisdom and discover a way forward. She helps teams have more transparent communication and make important decisions with ease.
