Transformation does not live in isolation.

It lives in relationship.

An Experiential Online Workshop on Relationships

Relationships shape how we experience ourselves, how we meet others, and how we move through the world.

Most of us long for closeness, honesty, and belonging, yet often find ourselves navigating misunderstanding, tension, or distance. You are warmly invited to join Myrna Lewis for a rich, experiential day of exploration, reflection, and practice.

This workshop marks the realisation of a long-held intention to introduce a new pathway within Lewis Deep Democracy: Relationship Work. This new offering extends the methodology into the deeply human experience of how we relate, attach, protect, withdraw, love, and repair.

What this four session workshop explores

At the heart of this workshop is a simple but powerful question:

How do our outer relationships reflect and shape our inner world?

Together we will explore:

  • What “relating” really means beneath roles, habits, and expectations

  • How unspoken feelings, edges, and longings influence connection

  • How patterns repeat across different relationships

  • How awareness can create choice, dignity, and movement where we previously felt stuck

An immersive experience that moves beyond conventional relationship tools and into something more transformative: not simply how to manage relationships, but how to enter the deeper field they open.

What you will experience

  • An introduction to the Relationship Work strand of Lewis Deep Democracy

  • Experiential processes that deepen awareness of yourself in relationship

  • Practical tools you can use in everyday life

  • Individual reflection, paired work, and group exploration

  • A supportive learning environment grounded in curiosity, compassion, and lived experience

This is not a lecture-based training. It is an experiential workshop where learning happens through sensing, engaging, reflecting, and practicing in real time.
