    Yuri has over 20 years facilitation experience alongside his life and work partner Sandra Caselato, in Brazil and other 13 countries, in Portuguese, English, Spanish and Hebrew. He has worked with corporate clients; senior government executives; government agencies; judges, prosecutors, public defenders, courts; NGOs; social movements; universities; communities; in armed conflict zones; social projects; marginalized groups.
    Yuri has over 15 years involvement in human rights initiatives in Palestine/Israel, and has led training working with Jews, Palestinians and internationals, based on Deep Democracy and Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Yuri is the first Brazilian trainer certified by The Center For Nonviolent Communication (CNVC).
    Yuri holds an MA in Social Sciences (focus on Systemic Social Innovation) from the University of Chicago, USA, and an MA in International Relations (focus on Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution) from ICU, Tokyo, Japan. He was a Rotary Global Grant Fellow and a Rotary World Peace Fellow.
