Born a twin, I’ve grown with an eye to sameness and difference. I straddle many worlds, mediator, facilitator, artist, post-activist, leader, at intersections of racial and gender identities. I like to know where I stand, and have clear views, yet I allow myself two thoughts at once. This is how I found myself in the edgy world of engaging conflict as a route to better relationship.
