Level 1

Level 1 is a course for people who find themselves working with teams and clients from a neutral position.

Level 1 provides the foundational theory & skills of Lewis Deep Democracy. You will learn to recognize the minority voice and understand resistance. The course commences your self-awareness journey and ability to hear all the voices, understand the power of NO, take a vote, and more.

It comprises of modules that can be taken over two days or in a modular format.

CoResolve

CoResolve is a course for consultants, facilitators and educators who are working with groups or teams and driving an agenda.

CoResolve provides the foundational theory & skills of Lewis Deep Democracy. You will learn practical diagnostics to recognise resistance, a method for navigating tension and addressing unresolved conflict and effective decisions.

It comprises of modules that can be taken over two days or in a modular format.

  • Level 1

    The course will deepen your understanding of interpersonal dynamics that occur when there are differences of opinion. You will develop your capacity to be centred whilst enabling yourself and others to confidently move into and resolve tension uncovering the wisdom that lies within diversity. Level 2 comprises of modules that can be taken over two days or in a modular format.

  • Level 3

    Level 3 includes theory and experiential practice of reflective listening and amplification, tools that will help you facilitate conflict resolution. You will hone your ability to be non-judgemental, empathic and compassionate. The course comprises of modules that can be taken over two days or in a modular format.

  • Level 4

    This is the last stage of the foundation learning experience, deepening your ability to utilise the toolkit and focusing on the methodology's psychological theories. Through developing self-awareness and experiential practice, this course heightens your sensitivity and compassion, traits needed as a consultant or facilitator. Level 4 comprises of modules that can be taken over three days or in a modular format
