Get ready for the LDD Experience!

Leading up to the event, we’ll share thought-provoking prompts to help you turn inward, shift new perspectives, and arrive open and ready for the LDD Experience.

  • Thank you for signing up—your journey starts now! This group isn’t just for updates; it’s the beginning of the experience itself.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing thought-provoking prompts to help you turn inward, explore new perspectives, and arrive open and ready to receive all the gifts the LDD Experience has to offer.

Feel free to share these posts with others who might benefit from joining the LDD Experience.

We are excited for you to embark on this journey with us.

  • Each week, we’re sharing prompts designed to help you reflect, shift perspectives, and prepare for the LDD Experience. Last week, we explored your YES List—the people, experiences, and moments that light you up.

This week, we’re inviting you to go deeper: What Are Your Gifts?

What is it about you that makes those moments possible?

💡 What are your natural strengths?

💡 What flows easily for you?

💡 What do others appreciate in you?

💡 When do you feel most in your element?

Open your NoBook. Reflect on times you’ve felt proud, alive, or deeply connected.

This is your chance to see yourself clearly, through a kind and honest lens. No pretending. No shrinking. Just truth.

This is not about bragging—it’s about honouring what’s already within you.

  • Find a space to record your thoughts—whether it’s a private journal, an online document, or a simple notepad. Use this space to explore your ideas, feelings, and dreams as we prepare for the LDD Experience.

Label it “My NoBook”—a space with no rules, no expectations, just your reflections.

  • Each week, we’re sharing prompts designed to help you reflect, shift perspectives, and prepare for the LDD Experience. Last week, we explored What Are Your Gifts?—the strengths, talents, and qualities that make you shine.

This week, we’re inviting you to turn that same attention inward:

✨ What Would It Be Like to Truly Acknowledge Yourself? ✨

You offer encouragement so easily to others—kind words, gentle affirmations, warmth.

But what if, just for this week, you gave yourself that same kindness? Give yourself Golden Arrows of Appreciation for all the things that you do.

🏹 Give yourself a pat on the back.

    🏹 Cheer yourself on.

Take a moment with your NoBook. Write down the praise you’ve been longing to hear. Say it to yourself. Mean it.

Let this be the week you truly acknowledge yourself.

  • Write your NO List in your NoBook. Be brutally honest and unapologetically selfish:

❌ What tasks or commitments do you resent?

❌ What habits or situations in your personal life frustrate you?

❌ What aspects of work drain your energy or irritate you?

Clearing out the ‘NO’ makes room for what truly matters. Take a moment, be honest with yourself, and start writing. Then, over the next few days, stay mindful of those “I wish I didn’t have to do this” moments—and keep adding them to your list. Enjoy watching this list grow.

  • Each week, we’re sharing prompts designed to help you reflect, shift perspectives, and prepare for the LDD Experience. Last week, we focused on drawing up our NO List —things that drain you, that you’re ready to let go of.

Now, let’s turn our attention to The YES List—the people, experiences, and moments that energise and fuel you.

Take a few minutes to tune in and dwell on your YES List. Be expansive, honest, and specific:

    ✅ What inspires you?

    ✅ What gives you energy?

✅ In work and personal life, what truly lights you up?

Noticing and naming what fuels you is the first step toward creating more of it. So start now. Then, over the next few days, pay attention to those “this feels good” moments—and keep adding to your list.

Let it grow. Let it guide you.
