Christiane is the first LDD Trainer and Elder in the German-speaking world. She guides leaders, teams and organisations through change. She teaches at the Heliopolis University in Cairo. As project leader for Happy Schools Ukraine, Christiane leads the design and delivery of social-emotional learning training for teachers and school leaders to rebuild educational communities amid war, in line with the New Ukrainian School reform. Her book: "Deep Democracy – Aus Polarisierung Verbindung schaffen" will be published in September 2026.
