Learn to work with tension differently
This self-peaced online course gives you practical tools to help groups move from avoidance to awareness, from hidden resistance to active participation, and from surface-level agreement to decisions people can genuinely support.
When tension is ignored, it often returns as resistance, disengagement, repeated conversations, poor follow-through, and decisions that do not hold.
But when tension is approached with skill, it can become a doorway to deeper insight, clearer communication, and more trustworthy collaboration.
