Payam is an executive and team coach and facilitator working with leaders and organisations in improving dialogue, facilitating change and developing leadership and relationship capacity. She has gained extensive experience in leadership and organisational development, change management and capability development working with public, private and non-profit sectors. Through her work, Payam helps leaders navigate complex relationship systems and change, lead with purpose and clarity. Her work with groups and teams focuses on building a trusting culture, engaging diverse perspectives, allowing inclusive decision making, and holding safe and courageous spaces for polarisation and conflict to emerge into mutual learning, growth and creativity.
