Level 3 Course – Advanced Training (2 days)

The two-day Level 3 course is an advanced training designed to go deeper “below the waterline.” You will learn additional tools from the fifth step of Lewis Deep Democracy, including amplification, polarization, and conflict resolution. The program is highly experiential and grounded in the group’s shared experiences. Together, we continue to refine facilitation skills and strengthen the “neutrality muscle.”
Content:
- Refreshing and expanding the foundations of CoResolve
- Tools for amplification, polarization, and role mapping
- Conflict resolution: building greater capacity to “hold” a group in conflict and guide processes toward resolution
- Neutrality: developing heightened awareness of your own neutrality, recognizing quickly when it is lost, and regaining it with confidence
- Listening techniques: deepening skills with reflective listening
