In this online two day Deep Democracy level 1 training on the 9th and 11th of March you will be introduced to the foundations of Deep Democracy: a practical facilitation method to start dialogue together. Because it is online you will learn how to facilitate dialogue and decision making processes online. In DD we actively look for the wisdom of the minority and to enable members to participate in the process at hand. In the dialogue, alternative points of views are heard, explored and brought into the decision-making process. This results in widely supported decisions and optimal use of the potential of the group.
