Relating Reimagined: a brand-new, one-day experiential workshop on relationships, created and delivered by Myrna Lewis.
Starting in April 2026, Myrna will embark on a global tour, bringing this fresh offering to South Africa and Europe. Relating Reimagined marks the introduction of a new pathway within Lewis Deep Democracy: Relationship Work
It’s a deeply experiential day of reflection, paired work, and group exploration - focused on how relationships shape us, challenge us, and reveal us.
Relating Reimagined is for anyone drawn to personal growth and deeper relational awareness, and people who work with others - including facilitators, coaches, therapists, educators, leaders, and managers.
Whether you’re exploring intimate relationships, family dynamics, workplace relationships, or your relationship with yourself, this day offers practical insights and lived experience you can apply to everyday life.
What we’ll explore:
At the heart of the day is an inquiry into how our relationships reflect and shape our inner world. Together, we’ll look at:
How relational patterns repeat across different relationships
The influence of unspoken feelings, edges, and longings
How awareness can create choice and movement where things feel stuck
What you will leave with:
By the end of the day, participants will leave with:
Greater clarity about their relational patterns
A richer language for moments of closeness and distance
New ways to support relationships through challenge and change
